when I wore a heart monitor to Zumba I wold burn 600-700 calories in a 1 hour class. It was awesome, I had to give up my membership to the gym, for cost reasons, and I miss it SOOOO much.

You need a hobby..scrapbooking, reading, sewing, even organizing to fill your time instead of tv and eating. I do NOT turn on my tv. I have sent my kids to private, then HOMESCHOOL then public. We have a top ranked public school. I think if you do it right there is NO DOUBT. Educationally, home hook is the best. That is if you really work hard. A child can move on when they are ready, and take extra time when they need it, not just move along at schools…

I sat at the same weight for 8 weeks. I have finally lost 1.5 lbs, but that has taken 2 weeks. I am eating a little more, and have backed off exercising. I think Paula is great. She can cook and eat how she chooses. She will and s paying the consequence of her actions, just like anyone who CHOOSES To cook her food. I know thin people with type 2 diabetes as well as fat, so some of it is genetic or whatever.

I try to mix it up, I do ripped in 30, I go to boot camp classes, circuit, and zumba, try to throw in arc trainer or elliptical too. I will do bodyrocktv too if I can't get to the gym. Netflix has some yoga that I try, and some kickboxing, it's pretty mild but it gets a sweat going.

You do this forever...that's why you don't go to an extreme on your "diet". It's a lifestyle change, everything in moderation.

There are some 15 to 20 minute workouts that really help you keep a little muscle...I would recommend doing them a few times a week so you don't have muscle loss, but you definitely can start losing without exercis.

Add t3 hormone to your wu throid...it's really working for me. I also exercise 4 days a weeknand log every bite to stay under calories. You can do this!

Mine are the same as all of yours except running part, I can't. I also would add, try to be less harsh to my children, I tend to snap at them without realizing that my words can be more hurtful than intended.

Keep moving stretching, it will just take time. Drink a lot of water. Tomorrow when you get ip take ibuprofen and get your body moving even though it will hurt to loosen up a bit. Been there, and it can be pretty miserable, but it will go away eventually!

You feel stupid at first, but after a few times it gets to be a lot more fun.

Depending on instructor and how hard you go at it you can burn 700 calories an hour....I think I burn about 400 in a 45 min. Class. I just got a heart rate monitor, so I'll find out Tuesday!

Wow. You guys have a cheap membership. Mine is 112 a month. That is a sigle membership at 72, and two kids daycare for up to 2 hours a day.
