I am newish aswell :). I have a month to loose some way to look half normal in swimwear. Trying to work out if this is the best way to loose it, or following a more strict plan. Hmmm. Any ideas?

But everyone constantly drums into me i am too skinny and it really gets me down. Cos i know i am not! Its just most of my friends are 180 lbs... And i have always been smaller but not even by a large amount. i really dont know what the big deal is :( its really getting me down.

I am 5ft 6in Does that help? I dont think that i am too skinny at 136 more like closer to chubby! Haha I spoken to a doctor, i had a eating plan most of my life, i used to struggle with my weight...I was 90lbs throughout my teens.

EDWARD CULLEN :) Hmmmm.....I LOVE HIM. Twilight is amazing...I read all four of the books. I was addicted...I read twilight in two days! I was a bit antisocial when i got it on christmas day! Ha The film just doesnt do the book justice!!

Okies.......1200 At 5ft9in To get fromn 140lbs... to 100lbs. I am not happy at 140lbs. Maybe 110lbs is a better idea? Or 105lbs is better? Write back please :)

What about small portions? Or just having the simple but nice fried noodles with chicken, beef or pork. Its a lot less calories. Research it, on the food diary calorie counter. I am sure your be fine, lessen tomorrows intake or do some exercise. Have fun is all i say!

I think at my height that 140lbs could be a bit less. MFP said i should have 1200 a day. Maybe i should higher this?

SALT AND V ARE MY DOWNFALL. I love them but they not helpin me get from 140 pounds to 100 pounds. I cut them out completly lately and its makes a huge difference...

Why dont you try the small packets of dry fruit like apple as they are small you can quickly pop them in without anyone noticing. You can get them from tesco's i have a bag as part of my 100 cal lunch!

Thanks for the advice, maybe i will change my goals. But 140lbs in is the normal section at the top end i rather be at the bottom as by BMI is higher than i would like.

Trust me 1200 calories a day really isnt that scary when you get into. I am on 1200 calories cos i am trying to loose 40lbs so i be 100 pounds. 100 pounds is still not my ideal weight. I am finding 1200 hard but i am in a routine and its getting a lot easier.

I checked out my BMR and its 1432 is not far of by 1200 a day limit. I am not too worried...I dont really know whether or not to trust them...because it says by BMI is under weight. Should i be worried? I cant be under weight i am 140 lbs!

Also, you know when you first start it gives you a goal and a date in which you would have finished and lost the weight .... is there a way to find that again? cos i cant remember how long till my finish date is... sorry

Wowies. That sounds like a good recipe! Setting my sights to low? :S 1,200 isnt that bad... But i just eat little, but more often cos i cant deal with the large amount of calories in big meals. I been ice skating lately, and you wouldnt think it, but its a good old calorie burner!

I am set at 1200 calories a day too..it can be hard with all three meals! :(

thanks for the advice. I am 140 lbs....and i want to get to 100 lbs so only allowed 1200 calories a day.. Its hard...but i am getting there....SLOWLY!! I think its a bit low...but loosing 2 stone by 6 th feb will do me good.

I always avoided counting my cals cos been worried i get obessed and starve myself. But i thinking this going well apart from yesterday i ate 37 too many calories....ooops. Skipping breakfast today was a good move.
