Anyone have suggestions for really filling foods? I have heard extra thick rolled oats and milk is and I'm doing the apple and peanut butter thing. My problem is never feeling full! I used to when I drank a coke or something but now that that's out I need suggestions. Thank you!

So I have just started and I'm a little discouraged because the task seems so daunting! How do you lose something that took you 4 years to gain! Sigh. Well, I can do it! It's quitting soda that's going to be the hardest!

Try an apple with peanut butter or some nuts, lots of good fat and calories and will make you feel full!
