A few years ago, when I was going to college on campus, I went to the store in the student center and bought a bad of those white powdered donuts...I only planned on eating a serving of them, and saving the rest for throughout the week...but...I ate the whole bag.

I used to spend $120 for color and cut. I went to a new girl and did $65. Now, I dye and cut my own hair, and i get compliments all the time ;)

I will see what other brands they have at my Commissary. They are pretty limited on their selection in general (it's kind of annoying). Anyhow, mixing regular sparkling water with juice sounds good. Or maybe I can find another brand some of you have mentioned that is already flavored, and try that.

IF is a good way to increase your strength in your training, and at the same time cut down on your body fat. I posted a link to a site by James Clear. He's really good at explaining it, at least for people like me who have trouble deciphering the lean gains explanation.

The thing about Intermittent fasting, no matter which type you choose, is that its flexible, and you can fit it to your life-style. None of them set it you up for an eating disorder. If you don't know a lot about IF, you should definitely look it up.

Check out this page, and you can look at other girls/women your height and 118 pounds and see how they look. Hard to tell for yourself though, its really personal preference.
