OMG, what did you do to lose that much weight so quick? I really want to know b/c Im struggling.

Target has all the New Balance HRM on sale this week. I picked up the N4 with the chest strap. So far so good.

Most people say get a HRM to be exact. I haven't bought one yet. I used this website. http://walking.about.com/library/cal/uccalc1.htm Per her DVD, one mile is 15 minutes. I just entered all of the info. It probably isnt exact but is closer than guessing.
