Goochinator when I started eating more fruit and fresh veggies I was a lot less hungry than I was before. Try eating less processed foods, eat more fiber, drink your water all of those things have helped me a great deal with getting over the urge to mindlessly eat anything. I also would not eat anything that I had not…

I quit smoking cigarettes (cold turkey) over 20 years ago, baby carrots and celery sticks did the trick for me. I was smoking 3 packs a day the day I quit.

You just have to go!!!!! Getting in the door is the hardest part...Tell yourself you are only going to workout for a limited time say 15 minutes of cardio just to get in the habit of going.. work your way up to 30-45 minutes gradually... and then add some weights later.

I asked this question earlier and some people replied. It seems that those who had a lot of weight loss did have some excess skin but not enough to stop them from losing the weight. i believe a couple of women said their biggest problem area was under the arms. So far i have lost 47 pounds and don't notice any hanging…

I get my drive from wanting to get healthy. On the many days that I want to skip the gym, I just force myself to go...I make no excuses for myself to not go....as far as I am concerned if I don't go I am just being fat and lazy...and I DO NOT WANT TO BE THAT ANYMORE.

Sorry to hear about your father in law. Getting together with family and friends is important at these times, the eating is optional.

I cook smaller portions of those foods I can't stop eating. Just enough to eat at that meal NO LEFTOVERS. I HAVE TO BE TOUGH ON MYSELF IN THAT AREA. My "lose my mind food" is pork. I haven't had the courage yet to try eating potato chips, which I think will be another "lose my mind food"

When you enter foods, check under the my foods tab to ensure that they actually saved. If not I wonder if you have a browser issue...just guessing. As for the nutritional values, I have found that the values can vary somewhat I assume that is because the nutritional values in foods vary slightly in different regions…
