  • I usually get light headed with the 1200 calorie goal, so I keep it at about 1300. I still lose about 1 - 1 1/2 lbs a week, and it doesn't make me light headed. I feel like I'm eating plenty to eat. I guess it depends on your body. My Dr is fine with me on this calorie range so I am too.
  • Hi and welcome. I have been on here since May, but really didn't start really working it and entering in my info daily until 5 weeks ago. I have started seeing the pounds drop, and that's what keeps me going. Just made my first goal of 10 lbs. My next is to hit the 20 lb mark. Good luck with yours weight loss.
  • Change up your excercise routine. Just the samllest changes can sometime help boost you weight loss again. I hope it helps you. I know I personally would like the weight loss myself to come off faster, but smaller amounts at a time is better. Good luck. Your so close to that #1 keep that focus there.
  • FYI.. there is a site that tells you how many calories you've burned on just about everything. I painted my daughter's room today (the first coat) and burned 512 calories doing it.
