Good day everyone, I can't access the spreadsheet so I'm recording my weight here. My weight is 236 as of today. That's a slight weight loss. Something is better than nothing. Hopefully I will lose more weight this week.

Hello all, I'm unable to access the spreadsheet from my Android but hopefully I can access it tomorrow from work. Also, I noticed that everyone's responses say 2011. I think I'm communicating in the old form. How do I post to the most recent responses & find them? I'm new & feeling a little lost.

I haven't worked out consistently in about 2 months but I am excited & motivated to get back on the band wagon. I'm not that familiar with this site but I intend to get familiar with it so I can get encouragement & encourage someone else.
