I eat dinner around 7:00, and almost always have a snack of some kind around 9:30. As long as it fits into my diary it doesn't matter what time it is. At least it hasn't stopped me from losing 83 lbs. in a little over 6 months...

I don't cheat...I eat...whatever I want to. And I log absolutely everything, because doing otherwise would be cheating myself. I just don't get the whole idea of not logging something - the calories are still there whether you log them or not!

You are full of awesomeness! I hope this will help some others stick with the program when they have those inevitable moments of self-doubt. Great post!

After a morning workout I have a protein shake. If I workout in the evening on the way home from the office I usually just have dinner when I get home.

I really thought I could help with your dilemma, but somewhere in my calculations I got all confused with the whole oz. - gm conversion conspiracy. Then there was the question of how many liquid ounces are in an ounce of pasta by weight, and whether you were measuring everything with a C cup or a DD. So I just gave…

^This...and make sure you are being absolutely honest to yourself when you are logging food and exercise calories. It works best if you log everything that you eat (including mints and M&Ms). Give it some time before you get discouraged or change your program too much.

Awesome job my man! Now let's get rid of the "Hopefully" in the title of this thread and make it "151 lbs Off FOR GOOD!" You are truly an inspiration!

The group that I ride with here in eastern PA tends to stick mostly to very twisty back roads, and we ride at what some might call a "spirited"pace. When we are on one of these rides I log my calorie burn, but when we take a trip on the highway, and are just cruising along I don't log anything. I figure it's not much more…

^This. Pure Protein are the only ones I eat, because of the high protein and low sugar content. And they also satisfy my chocolate cravings...the Chocolate Deluxe are rich, dark chocolatey goodness!

I simply depend on my family and my MFP friends, who are all awesome with their never ending support and encouragement. That's all! Well, that and the commitment that I made to myself when I started all of this.

I've been watching my salt/sodium intake for a few months now. I have my sodium goal set pretty low, at 1,500mg/day. Most days I stay under or right around my goal, but some days I go significantly over if I eat a lot of processed foods. I never add salt to anything, and much of what I used to eat now does taste almost too…

I sprinkle them with lemon or lime juice, and then top them with LOTS of fresh ground black pepper, a sprinkle of cayenne pepper, and lots of paprika. Bake at 375* for 15 minutes and serve with rice and vegetables, or just sitting on top of a large leafy salad with some light dressing.

I have a tattoo of a burning heart with a banner wrapped around it that contains the names of my wife and my son & daughter. I would not change any part of this...EVER!

I started with a goal to lose a total of 101 lbs. The first 40 came off at anywhere from 3 - 8 lbs./wk., the next 30 at around 2 lbs./wk., and the last 5 at 1 - 1.5 lbs./wk. I still have 26 lbs. to go, but I will take them 1 lb. at a time so I can keep them off for good! Oh, and the best part is that I eat anything I want…

Great team in that era young one...but I go back to the Broad Street Bullies of the '70s. BERNIE! Holmgren, Barber, Clarke, Leach, & MacLeish, Kelly, the Watson brothers, Dave Schultz...That was Philadelphia Flyers hockey! And I remember watching Kate Smith sing God Bless America live in the arena...enough to make grown…

#5 - I can walk past a box of donuts without giving them a second look (instead of eating 3 or 4) #4 - I can sit comfortably in my chair at my desk for long periods of time (without having it leave imprints of the arms on my sides) #3 - I can eat enough (of the right) food to keep me full all day...and still attain my…

Motivation is inside of you, but when it starts to fade, ask your MFP friends for support and encouragement. The willingness to be held accountable by them - AND BY YOURSELF - is the key to gettng through those moments of weakness. Stay focused on your ultimate goals. Good luck!

If it's not in the database I enter the information from the packaging (or scan the barcode). If, for instance we have homemade pizza I just enter all of the ingredients individually. Seems to be pretty accurate so far for me! ...but I on the other hand have nothing better to do with my time...

WiseBadger is a name that I chose several years ago during the course of a tough and awesome 3 day leadership training program. I carry it with me as a reminder to do everything in life wtih passion, courage, integrity, trust, accountability, and the pursuit of excellence. '53 is the year I arrived on this planet.

Quick and easy (less than 5 minutes total prep and cook time) Spray a microwavable bowl with cooking spray. Dice up peppers, onions, carrots, tomatoes and any other veggies you like and place in the bowl. I also throw in some sliced fresh mushrooms, 5 or 6 spinach leaves, and a bit of frozen corn or peas. Micowave on high…
