Just plug your own ingredients into MFP's recipe calculator... http://www.myfitnesspal.com/recipe/calculator

Mine either mark a milestone in my life, or represent family, or both. Then again, I didn't start collecting them until I was in my 40's, so even though I love them, none of mine are purely there for the artistic value. That being said...a well executed tat is a thing of beauty! Enjoy yours, and the hell with what anyone…

72 lbs. in just under 6 months here.

I do workout at the gym 5 times a week, but still get out on my off days for a 30 minute walk at lunchtime. Some nights and weekends I also squeeze in either a walk or even a little 30 - 40 minute run whenever I can. I really feel that this has enabled me to maintain a fairly constant weight loss, even though I sit at a…

MFP is indeed a great place to get the much needed support that helps us all through this process. You will meet lots of great people here who truly want you to succeed. As for being a motivational force for someone else, the mere fact that you have made the decision to change your lifestyle for the better is motivation…

I don't know about that Mike...sounds a little kinky to me... Seriously though, I hope you find a solution...lower back pain sucks!

Dated 2 years, engaged for 2 years, happily married 37 years this November. Edited to insert "happily" before I get myself into trouble (again)...

I'm on every day. Add me if you want!

Thanks for the info! I'm hoping to run my first 5k in the spring, so this definitely interests me if I make it through that one! Sounds like a lot of fun for a great cause!

I'm from the Valley Forge area, and have never heard of this. What is it? Any website to check it out?

Usually 5 days...sometimes 6. On the off days I still try to get in a 2 mile, 30 minute walk at lunchtime...just because I want to!

I log absolutely everything. If I lie to myself, well...I'm just lying to myself! Be honest and use the tools that MFP provides for you to control your lifestyle change and reach your goals. Just my opinion...

I started at a 50, just bought 2 pair of 38's. With 29 lbs. to go to my initial goal weight I am guessing I will be a 34? Whatever it is I will be extremely happy with it!

No - never (at least intentionally). Even though my diary is open to my friends, it is ultimately there for me to track my progress. So why would I want to lie to myself. In fact, if there is a question about the calorie count or macros on a particular entry I tend to post the higher numbers so I don't get a false sense…

Awesome job man!

I weigh myself after every workout at the gym, and only on the scale there. I do this simply as a check on how my week is going though, and don't record it every time. On either Saturday or Sunday morning I have breakfast (need my coffee in the morning), and then head to the gym. After my workout I weigh myself, and this…

Raw baby carrots and soynuts.

You're looking awesome man! I have been working on my running for the last couple of months with the goal of entering a 5k (it's only been about 50 years since the last time I can actually say I "RAN" anywhere. LOL), and I do find it to be fun! I never thought I would say that! Good luck with the rest of your weight loss,…

When you find out would you please let me know too? :ohwell:

Today is my 170th day. I have found MFP to be a great community for support and information, as long as you are disciplined enough to use it every day. Logging my food and exercise, and being able to hold myself accountable (with the help of my MFP friends) has been the key to my success so far. As far as my…
