I set my settings for a little over 2000 mg based on the american heart association. Its the recammendation for heart failure but I think a guideline we all could live by. I try to stay under that ammout but sometime is hard.

I am a cardiac nurse, you should talk to your doctor about appropriate exercies and cardio. Also see if your gym has a cardiac group or ask your doctor about cardiac rehab.

Its amazing since eating regularly and no binging or purging I have actually lost 5 lbs this week alone . . . im in shock. I have to tell everyone you can do this too. I did the aci berry detox and found it to have less side effects then other detox. Milk thistle is really good for the liver. I take that myself. I had no weight loss from the detox. My personal experience is that using daily fiber, probiotics, and milk thistle.

thank you, since my appt last week I have only had 2 binges and only one resulted in a purge. This is a big accomplishment. It used to happen daily for me.

Thank you it has been 1 week and i have only had 2 binges one with a purge which is huge for me. I am getting there. I am also keeping a journal now and this helps too .

I am definitely better on the sweet then I was but I know I have a long way to go. I will have to work more fruits and veggies in any good recipes you know?

Ok I will definitely make an effort to eat more, I just feel like if I do I am going to gain and the 20 lbs was in 70 days. I know thats a huge accomplishment, I am just so tired of being fat! Not to be all emo girl but I really hate the way I look. i will start focusing on more fruits veggies etc.

I did the special K diet and after I stopped I gained back 5lbs lost. Their diet plan does not teach healthy eating. I do think that the special k chips etc are great as snack that are low cal and the protein drinks are wonderful to slip in your gym bag for that pre or post workout but following the program is not a…

I prepare and freeze my meals in seperate containers for the week that way after work i can hit the gym get a good workout in and then go home and just have to heat up dinner, this helps too with making sure i eat the right portions etc.

SO I broke and fractured my foot multiple times BECAUSE I DID NOT WAIT UNTIL THE DOCTOR CLEARED ME TO EXERCISE AGAIN. Evry time the healing took longer and longer. listen to the dr.
