Great thanks for the tips, this week I have brought a lunch everyday. Now having time to eat is a different story, I am a nurse, I usually send a coworker to starbucks to get a salad and a skinny lattee for me. I am exercising to get to goal weight, I am 30lbs overweight but want to try to get back to high school weight =]

I feel the same way most days. I am so self concious. I find that because of this i work out better at home. So i took the money for a gym membership and bout workout gear for myself to use at home.

I used to skip logging vitamins or spices but i learned that those things actually add up like fish and flax seed do have a calorie content and while most 0 cal things like sodas or flavor enhancers for water or food have a ton of sodium. I did the special K diet and lost 20 lbs. It came back on very quickly when I resumed normal eating. I use the products for snacks or such but dont follow the plan. the one I bought has a monitor that goes on your chest and I set to track heartrate every minute, on my wristband I can see the flectuations of the heartrates, howcome thats not accurate?

I have been at this for 90 days, in 90 days I have lost 19 lbs and 5 inches. i went form a size 18 to 13-14 in jeans and those are now large as well. I guess this measules lean muscle better than a scale?

I am using a heart rate monitor. when I walk I am probly going fater than that I alternate running straights walking curves on the track. I always use my heart rate monitor.
