So I did it I went to my dr today and discussed my eating patterns . Even showed her my logs and keeping track of binges and moods. Also discussed how I feel before during and after binging. been at it for 3 months
I"ve gone to the doctors for blood work, been give the ok I seem to consistantly loose and gain loose and gain. I workout almost daily sometimes twice a day and stay under my cals. I drink water and eat right for the most part. I can't seem to find my pattern of getting under 200 lbs - Any suggestions ?
