Opinions and input please

Hi everyone,
I am not seeing a huge difference in the scale but i am in measurements. I thought I would focus more on strength then and toning. Any tips to do this and still potentially see a "healthy" weight?

This is because you are burning fat and gaining muscle, so you are still adding mass, just the good kind. You won't see a huge difference in weight at first in this case. Don't get discouraged. Personally, I don't think it's about the scale, I think it's about how you look and feel. Great job losing the inches!!!

    Thats a good sign.

Its possibly because you have gained lean muscle mass which is denser.
  • I have been told though if eating at a deficit you can not gain lean muscle

If you have a fair bit of weight to lose, and haven't done lifting before, you can make some gains initially.
