needing critical friends for diary review etc

Not that the friends I currently have arent amazing but as long as I am under cals I always see great job comments. i am struggling with the losses, I am consistently gaining then loosing and this is a pattern. I dont know what I am doing wrong. I would appreciate some critical advise and tips. Open to all. please add me and be super critical and I will do my best to do the same. thank you.

When I look at your diary I see a lot of processed foods that will be high in sodium and in turn cause you to retain water hence the gaining/losing pattern. I also see a lot of sweets and sugar. Obviously switching to this lifestyle takes time so make small changes and you will eventually get there. For example if you need something sweet have dark chocolate or I love oatmeal with peanut butter and banana. More fruits, veggies, and lean meat will help too.0

I am definitely better on the sweet then I was but I know I have a long way to go. I will have to work more fruits and veggies in any good recipes you know?0
