Eating advice?

Hey everyone, I know about the whole TDEE and eating 20 percent less but I am upping the intensity, in the am I will be doing misc workouts like 30DS, weights etc and the pm doing insanity 6 days a week with one rest day where I will prob do some yoga. I know this is a lot of exercise but physically i feel better with it. But I am wondering if i am on target with my cals and macros. i upped them a bit to about 1900 ish does this sound reasonable to still promote a loss and muscle gain? I am not super knowledgeable and cant find much info so anyone who can would appreciate the help. I have about 30 lbs more I would like to loose but if I drop more than that would not mind either and I want to tone up too (im a bit floppy lol ). Thanks for the help.
