Lots of great ideas here! Lately i've been doing a cup of oatmeal with a whole banana mashed into it while it's cooking on the stove. When I take it off the stove, I add lots of cinnamon and will sometimes add a bit of coconut water. Other times i'll have 2 eggs (scrambled or hard boiled) with sauteed spinach or kale.…
