    This is really helpful! I'm 5'7 or 5'8 and not close to my bf goal yet but it's really interesting to see other women's weight/bf proportions.

    I'm 5' 5.5" 130lbs give or take and 16.4% BF according to http://www.scientificpsychic.com/fitness/diet.html - probably not the most accurate but this is what I have used consistently and I started off as around 26.63% BF at 143lbs.

    Trying to get to 14%

    Thank you for this site. I estimated myself around the range it is telling me.

    I am 5'6 @ 17.9% body fat and I weigh 57.1 kg ( 125.88 lbs)
