Amazing! Your abs are smokin! I'm same height and I haven't seen 130 since I went through my growth spurt at 13 lol, but I did see 145 a couple years ago and I'm on my way back to that!

Good for you! That's great you are using the time you have to make yourself healthier and happier! Imho I think you should do cardio one day and do only strength the next day. When you do your strength days you really have to push yourself and put in maximum effort. Try doing lunges with dumbells- those are really hard but…

Haha I just looked it up on the internet and not even Angelina Jolie has those measurements!! The only one I saw was Charleze Theron, but I'm pretty sure she's taller than 5'7".... http://stevernet.net/celebrity_measurements.htm I don't know who came up with those measurements- maybe it was in the days of the girdle?

Personally I experience the same thing. I will loosen my laces if it really bugs me, but lately I either go in reverse or I try and position my weight on the heels of my feet. Good luck with your fitness-please keep us updated. :smile:
