I agree I don't think you should eat if you're not hungry and you feel awful afterwards....I think everyone has their own journey. I agree water weight can come off pretty quickly in the beginning. I can't use diet pills because of a condition I have but I cut out anything with added sugar (for the most part) and I've found my appetite has practically disappeared! I even have a few drinks and this doesn't impede my progress. Best of luck!

GREEN TEA! Doesn't leave you shakey.... I put a couple tea bags in a large pitcher and let it soak in the sun for about an hour- then pour it over ice with a sprig of mint. Refreshing pick me up :drinker:

I'm a fan of eggs/egg whites in the morning. Leaves me full for a while. 1) Mixed precut bell peppers and egg whites 2) Egg overeasy on toast with some avocado Plain non-fat yogurt is also great in the morning with some chopped apples and cinnamon =oP

Hi and welcome to mfp! What I did when I first started is: 1) recorded my weight and measurements 2) recorded what I ate for the day 3) recorded my exercise for the day 4) read and respond to blogs 5) add friends Good luck on your journey! Hope this is helpful =)
