5'9" (but the doc argues I'm 5'8") and I need to lose 120... way more than you ladies. Friend me if you think it's not too great of a difference.

Congrats!! What an inspiration! I laughed about your door comment...but I know what you mean when you misjudge your size. Unfortunately, I misjudge from the other side, and run INTO the door, lol.

Addition Elle...their sales racks always have things between $5 and $20. I am shocked sometimes at the deals I find. Also, the sales rack for bras...$10-$20 each instead of $50. I think it depends which AE you go to, because they sell what best sells to their local demographic. The one at 130th avenue has lots of young…

MMmm... That sounds awesome!! I will try that...sounds like a pie in a bowl. Yum! My favourite two ingredient snacker like that is sliced strawberries with a tablespoon or two of Quik or other chocolate milk syrup...even the reduced sugar kind. Strawberries are so low on calories...plus they're a Superfood in some circles.…

My rice cooker also has its heat source from the bottom, so I find I have to stir my Quinoa/Rice a few times throughout the cooking process.
-
Yes, you can. Same 2-1 ratio and, as in another reply in this Posting, I also cook it in broth, or throw in a bullion cube, and some sweet peppers and spices, and I find that it takes the "earthy" edge off the Quinoa flavour. Of course, through trial and error, your rice cooker may require more or less water than the 2-1…

Bump. Hi. I agree with the Poster who was saying "change things up". They mentioned doing low carb for a week. I just started trying low-carb for the last couple of days...and I've learned ALOT!! Like how my favourite low-calorie foods are high in carbs, AND even my HIGH -calorie foods are high in carbs. When I kept to…

Hi. I don't work for this company, but I wish I did. OMG! My hair is amazing after using these products. They're not cheap...but I can never go back to anything else after this: http://www.macadamiahair.com/ I have long hair too...so I have the same dilemma. Ponytails and all. Other things I found that I liked at a lesser…

That's funny...that's exactly what I like...SlimQuick and HydroxyCut. Now, I know I'm not using them properly...BUT...when I don't take them in the morning, I find myself intensely craving to stuff my face. Now, whether or not it's psychosomatic or it's actually suppressing my appetite and increasing my will power…
