I have the Dance Central game and i swear that HAS to be a workout. I played that for like 45 minutes straight (just Performing) MAN my legs were tired. LOVE IT, let me know how the Fitness game goes... it just maybe an investment i need :)

thanks guys... so to recap i see it is eating snacks between meals that are around 150 calories (or less) each. And dividing the rest of the calories to meals. WATER WATER WATER!

Yeah i have the same problem, because it is me and my boyfriend and our 1.5 year old. The problem is i never know if he is going to want seconds or the baby for that matter, so i cant pack them up right away so when i am cleaning up after dinner i catch myself picking :(

ooh i have the same problem i gorge my food down... but when i was younger (i mean i am only 26 BUT when i was in my teens and early 20's) i was able to eat what ever, whenever and however much i wanted... I DONT WANT TO GROW UP (OR OUT FOR THAT MATTER LOL)

:smile: if you go to the store it will say low fat HALF&HALF on it. You cant buy the wrong thing, the kind i got came in a mini milk carton (i dont use it that often) what Half&Half actually is... i have no idea.... LOL, hope the first part helps :smile:

THANKS, so basically get some fruit and yogurt and some juices and I can't go wrong :wink: Sounds great! and i like the portioning before hand and freezing... great idea for quick mornings.

so i have heard alot of people say they cut pop (soda) and saw amazing results just from that... I only drink DIET pop, i prefer the taste and it obviously is better. SO.... are people even cutting out the diet pop to see results?
