I've been a member for about a month and I like it. I mean let's be honest... you're not there to make friends or what not. I am just looking to lose about 30 lbs... not become an Olympian or weight lifter. So it works for me.

No worries... it could be stress or water retention... remember that the scale is just a number, and being healthy is the overall goal :) If you are feeling good (before looking at the scale) and you feel like you are looking good, dont stress over a number.... i weighed in this morning and saw the 3 lbs i gained 2 weeks…

i count my tea as water.... but that is also because i dont like straight water. BUT when you put the 0 calories mixes in a water bottle they still consider that water. So i dont see the difference :)

my mom is diabetic and I know her doctor is constantly asking her about her diet. This site you can print off day by day ur diary so not only are you logging it to watch what you eat but as sort of a jorunal for ur doctor :)

I started this journey in January at about 173 i have lost 27lbs, i seem to get a plateau when ever i am approaching the next set of tens... so 161, 152, and it would last for 2 weigh in's (so two weeks) and i would get out of that digit... but it is just an observation i have made LOL

i am not 100% sure but i would imagine YOUR day is done when you go to sleep. So if you work nights and dont go to sleep until 5am then ur new day starts when you wake up... and ends again at 5am.... if you are waking up in the middle of ur sleep to eat.. i think that is just a NO-NO... congrats on that! I dont go by that stupid chart... i am always OVERWEIGHT... i am only 5'2 and i weigh 146... one wrong (or right :wink:) curve and we are considered overweight... i agree it MUST feel good to be moving DOWN the chart!
