i am curious about this too... i am always below my calories (only by 100 or 200 if i dont workout, when i work out much more) BUT i thought weight loss is day by day?! I say go out and have a good time with ur boyfriend... and dont stress on the diet thing

i am the same way i love diet pop, but wheni gave it up i got terrible headaches. i was drinking tea instead so i was getting the caffiene so i dont know why i got headaches..,. i cant give up my pop!

ok so i lost this page and then was reminded what it was called... ok so yes i went 3 weeks with no weight movement... weighed in today at 159! TWO LBS LOST! GOAL: 2 more lbs this week... go to the gym 2 evenings (on top of my 40 minute Monday through Thursday during lunch)... DRINK MORE WATER... i hate water :(

the "HOMEMADE" doesnt bother me much especially if they list what they used... because i use those one (i never ever add my own, takes too much time) BUT YES the restaurant ones are so annoying or the duplicates that all have a different calorie. I usually just google what i am eating and quick calorie if i am unsure.

i have lost all 12 of my lbs with no exercise... just calorie counting since January. Unfortunately this week i weighed in and i have not lost any lbs. ALSO, my calorie intake lowered because i lost 10lbs... making it harder to stay within what i should be at so i NEED and MUST start exercising so i can "earn" some more…

5'4 and 140lbs is a great look! i am 5'2 and 160lbs (and i dont think i am fat i just need to loss my baby weight).
