I have porridge every morning for breakfast. It fills you up and to keep the calories down I make it with Almond milk. It is more expensive but is a huge difference. Blue diamond is a low brand.

I used SW before this and lost 7lbs, but started to put it back on as I was clearly eating way to much. I joined here and have lost but now gaining again!! You only need one DVD with the 30d/s and that has all 3 levels on it. You do level 1 for 10 days, level 2 for 10 days and finally level 3 for 10 more. I watched a programme on eating and diet coke was mentioned. The progamme followed an over weight guy who drank it all the time... they filmed his eating activity and after almost every drink he had, he ate a sugary snack after. It apparently has something in it which makes you do this. I used to drink it alot as it fills…

I am 27 year old female, I weigh 10' 8lb and im 5'1. I have a coffee shop / sandwich bar so work long hours and i'm always on the go 6 days a week. MFP gave me a daily allowance of 1340 a day.
