Hi! *waves* I need more motivation!

I'm 25, a student in my last year of math and international finance, a mom to a 3.5 year old, and due to be married and move to Denmark coming up this year. Whee!

So, I'm looking for more friends for support and inspiration especially if you are a slow weight loser like me (0.3 - 1 pound a week) and don't "diet" but just try to eat a little bit better, watch your calories, and exercise some more.

    hiii *waves* ... i know exactly what you mean!!! im a very slow loser =( ... very very slow infact... i have cut down on fizzy drinks and take away foods and eating out (which i thought was the main reason i put on weight).. constantly trying to opt for healthier choices.. but scales hate me.. and just wont go down as they should be =( ... i also try and gym too.. but.. *sigh* .. :frown:
