Stir fry veggies - 1 small cabbage, 2 medium big carrots, 2 green onions, 8 oz frozen peas, 8 oz frozen cut broccoli, 2 tablespoons olive oil. I have found big differences between the Polar HRM and various apps - Endomondo usually measures muuuuch higher than the others (MapMyRun and AllSport GPS), so I don't trust it much. MapMyRun gets closer to the HRM than the others.

Only a couple of people have mentioned it, but ICE (or a bag of frozen peas / edamame / lima beans / corn) is very effective - 3 or even 4 times a day for 15-20 minutes, whether you are running or not on that day, whether you are in pain or not on that day.
