Sorry haven't been checking in. 3 miles first of the month. 6 miles the other day.
Today did a total of 7. I ran a 5k race then ran the end of the marathon with a friend. She did so awesome. It was her first, she finished under her goal of 4:30 with a time of 4:13 and finished really strong. So inspired now.
So total of 15.
you mean 16 right? 3+6+7=16.0 -

Hahaha. Yes. I was on a layover when I posted that, exhausted and stressed (I hate flying). Apparently it impacted my ability to do simple math.
12/09/10 - 4miles exploring St Johns NFLD. simply amazing. My new pic was taken there on Signal Hill.
Total so far is 20. Goal is 50. Hoping to get out again today to explore but having some foot and knee pain (damn high heels)0 -
