Hey Y'all! I didn't post my last saturday run, so I'm including it in this week's mileage! Half Way Through!!!!!!

7 mile long run today in great weather. 55.5 MTD; half way through the goal at the halfway point of the month.0

5.31 rugged miles today... Felt very faint in the heat but was able to finish 5.3 of what was going to be a 6 miler.. Can't wait to do my long run tomorrow and debating waking at 4am to do it!0

Got news last week that I am pregnant with baby #7! First time I have attempted to continue exercising during pregnancy. Lots of questions for my OB next week at my appt. Here's to hoping I won't gain my usual 50+ lbs this time!
CONGRATS on #7! Good luck on your OB appointment. For reference, I ran through all my pregnancies. My first (at age 37), I ran the day before he was delivered. I had no problem with the exercising ... I felt great too - it helped me feel energized while being pregnant.0 -

Recovery week was lighter than I expected... my right foot was sore all week and really didn't feel better until yesterday.

The lighter recovery week cut about 6 miles off of this week's plan, and I'm also ramping up my cross training.
At this point, based on the training plan for the next two weeks, it looks like I'm only going to get to about 80 miles instead of the 93 I planned. I had thought I could throw in one more 10K-ish run and with rounding up, I'd just about make the 93 miles, but I can't see squeezing in either an extra 10+ mile run or multiple 6 mile runs to get there.
I'm not totally giving up on the goal for this month, but I don't want to overdo it and injure myself either.

Did a 5k race today. New PR of 23:54, little over three minutes faster than my old PR, and nearly 8 minutes faster than I ran the same race last year. Pretty pleased. 3.1 today, 58.6 MTD.0

Ran my University's Alumni 5k for Homecoming. Started out a little too fast but fought to finish strong on the random incline course. Finished in 31:25! My time was two minutes quicker than this same race last year. Granted my knee felt like it was going to snap, but that's ok.0 -

What a crazy month! School started again and I'm still adjusting to my teaching schedule after being off for a year. And I've been sick for the last few days.
