This is a great idea! I keep track on my own, but it might be encouraging to do this with others and put my mileage out there.

Ran the Hidden Treasures Half Marathon today. Finished in 1:28:05, which is a 45 second PR. First in AG (40-44) and 7th overall.

And I totally totally totally can't add. I just went over my training program mileage again and it's only going to be about 111 miles for Sept. So can my total be adjusted to 115?? Wow....I knew 160 was ridiculously too high. This was the first chance I've had to look at it. hahaha
On a positive note I ran 8 miles in 95 minutes today. Not a fast pace but it felt good.0 -

Sorry haven't been checking in. 3 miles first of the month. 6 miles the other day.
Today did a total of 7. I ran a 5k race then ran the end of the marathon with a friend. She did so awesome. It was her first, she finished under her goal of 4:30 with a time of 4:13 and finished really strong. So inspired now.
