    A half today in the mile high city (visiting - and I am usually close to sea level), it was definitely not a PR, and not even close. BUT I am still super excited still because my foot is fine (stress fractured in early July and no pain at all during the entire race). My longest run since July too!!! :happy:

    My mileage for this month is 68 miles so far, I feel optimistic about meeting my goal.

    Tough running week this week. Tried out a Galloway-style run on Wednesday and messed up my right foot. Dumb idea to make my first run/walk run a 10K... too much too soon. (And as it would happen, I didn't really enjoy the enforced run/walk interval stuff anyway).

    So, a slightly lighter week than originally planned... 93 miles just isn't going to happen, so I'm setting my sights on a good week of moderate running and hoping for 75 by the end of the month.

    Week 1: 7.1 miles
    Week 2: 22.2 miles
    Week 3: 11.5 miles


    Week 4:

    9/18: 3.0 miles
    9/19: 6.4 miles
    9/22: 4.6 miles
    9/23: 3.6 miles

    Week 4 Total: 17.6
