You are SOOOO pretty...before and now! Congrats on your achievement! I totally get the plateau issue. I struggled for MONTHS at the same weight. Finally, it kicked in. I am on the home stretch of reaching my first goal of getting into the 100's. So excited for you!!!!!

I would tell myself to NOT compare myself to my size 00 sister AND to not let my parents make me feel self-conscience about the size difference. I was a curvaceous girl and in retrospect, I wasn't fat at ALL. I made sure that my daughter embraced her curves and appreciates their value.

How awesome you look. I have lost just short of 70 pounds and I am so excited to take my after picture once I get out of the 200's. I am 202.4....almost there. (I 'think' I am shooting for 100 lbs less of me....not quite sure yet. Once I get to 190, I will assess how I feel.) Congrats on your achievements!!!!
