Im a runner...and I lost 4 lbs this week. I really think its based on metabolism. I rarely eat half of my exercise calories. And..giving your body a break helps too :)

Im dealing with a calve strain. Runnersworld.com has some really good stretches. Thought about getting a support for my 8k and half.

ok...got it.. Sunday the 16th- 6 miles Tuesday the 18th- 3.5 miles Thurs the 20th- 1.8 miles Total so far: 11.3 3 miles planned tomorrow...will have to add a mile to get to 15:)

Im in...1.8 logged today. Have 3 planned for tomorrow and 6 planned for Sunday. I go for 10-13 in 3 days. Training for an 8k in 3 weeks and a half in March :)

cut in 3rd...toss with 1tspn olive oil and 2tblspns balsamic vinegar..roast in oven on 350 for 25 minutes. Beware of some flatulence :)

I have a hard time with my breathing too. If I notice...that its out of whack..Ill walk for 30 sec..and start off again on my left foot. Always breathe in and out on the left foot. Keeps stitches from happening!

yep...sodium...and youre not logging consistently. youre using quick add calories. Try a low cal day..under 1200...then higher the next day. Just an idea.

Im training for a half in March. I have ran 2 5ks...and have an 8k Nov 12th. My longest run so far has only been 6 miles. And I have to run double that! I have a 6 mile time of 1:14:00....so I want to do the half in 2:40:00. (knowing Ill hit the wall somewhere along there too!) But..ideally..I just want to finish without…

I didnt grow up "fit"...I struggled all my life...its a lifestyle change. We all make decisions daily..as adults...for what is best for us.

Was simply stating that "I" need to eat cleaner...what works for one..doesnt work for all. Yeah...I go to wendys...and I get the grilled chicken sandwich..only lettuce and tomato nothing else..and it comes on a wheat bun. Its just about making a healthy..or healthIER choice. We all rock so..ppfftt ;)

I agree. I eat my calories in whole foods...fresh fruit and veggies..lean meat and all whole brown grains. Yet..I see diaries...of people eating 3 slices of pizza...and have a soft drink...its confusing.

I always take a bottle of water to bed with me...it lives on my nightstand. But literally..at 1:48 this morning...my tummy woke me up growling. But..dont think I ate enough yesterday.

I would cut the alcohol! And no processed anything. ALL whole foods. I have maybe one beer a month...But Im a runner..and just cant drink like I used too :) Stay strong! Head up! :)

On Monday at 4:30pm at Weight Watchers in a cami and the lightest running capris I own. I always wear the same thing so the weight is exact. I also weigh at home on Saturday mornings...nude...after the potty..before any food..usually 8am.
