So..I ran my first half marathon Sunday. I stayed on track..just a few extra carbs through out the week prior...but stayed in cal range. Wondering who has done this...as in..upping cals to the what your maintenance cals will be at your goal weight. I am staying in a 3-5lbs window of getting to my goal weight of 127. I struggle really hard on the weekends....and Im thinking I end up bingeing because I stay at my 1200-1250 cal window M-F. Thoughts?

So..Im curious if anyone else was ever diagnosed with NA fatty liver disease? I was in 2009. Since losing 58 lbs....Im pretty certain its reversed..but wont know til yrly physical with dr in April and my goal is to be at an 75lb loss then and at goal.

stupid plateau
At a loss of 53.2 lbs since July...and the last 7 days the scale has been at .2 up and then down...161.8..161.4..161.8...161.2....HELP! Ill open the diary to everyone... Ive been told do cardio intervals...do strength training...up the cals by 100 for a few days. Other thoughts? Thinking of taking the weekend (next 2 days)…

Do things slow down when you're at the last 20-25lbs?
So far..since July I have lost 49lbs as of today. At a rate of about 10lbs a month. I have 21-23lbs to go to my goal...then maybe another 9lbs from there...but Im wondering if that last 20ish lbs is the hardest and slowest to lose? I'm not in a hurry (well...March 17th is my ideal timeline for my half marathon).

bought a new scale...
so..was shopping with the hubby at lunch..and bought a new scale at Lowes for the house. Its a Weight Watchers one..but a Conair brand. I used it at the store (of course I had to open it and try it!)...and it is right on by .4 from my weigh in yesterday. Hope its a good one!

30 day shred question.
So...in the past when doing the 30 day shred, I would log my exercise calories as circuit training general..and it would say about 215 calories burned for 20 minutes. Doing this a second time...with my new HRM last night..only tells me I burned 31 calories?? WTH!!!! Help? Seems low..but maybe not?

Size 12 :)
So...after a 26lb weight loss (so far!) I have been literally holding up my size 16 and 18 pants and jeans. So..a friend gave me some 10s and 12s she has. I was like..I cant wear these! Well...I CAN! I am wearing the size 12 trousers today at work..and the 10 jeans fit..if I dont breath too deep..hahahaha. Getting there :)

26 lbs down and 12% less body fat :)
So...Since May 1st..down 26 lbs as of yesterday at Weight Watchers weigh in. Since July 27th..down 21lbs! And my body has 12% less body fat....it feels good to be 12% lighter:) Setting small goals.... Now..how to post pics???
