I’m 5’2. Was 226 in 2017, lost 102 lbs in 12 months on mfp in 2012. So I was 124. But I was skinny fat. All I did was cardio (so many half marathons). I’m 211 now. I got comfy in my marriage. Goal now is 140- and be strong.

I have 19.5 to get to my first goal!! I lost 90 lbs in 2012 with mfp. Gained 80 back in 6 years!! Need support and motivation!

I drink 1 diet coke a day..and use splenda or truvia in my coffee and tea. I have gone from 214.6 to 128.2. Its calories in vs calories out. I wont drink my cals unless its choc milk after a run :)

I just started doing this by mistake actually. I am down to 128.0 from 214.6....was eating 1200-1300 cals a day since October. After a vacation in Philly...where I overate for 2 days...I gained weight..then dropped weight within 5 days. So..now I eat about 1200-1300 cals a day Sunday thru Friday...and allow myself a spike…

moderation...you should have just baked 1 dozen....and then ate 4 and your brother ate 4...and the dog ate 4..this works in my house. Except last night with that half gallon of ice cream..lol

I started running at 214.6lbs...I am now 128.0....almost to goal! Start slow..intervals. I have ran 2 half marathons and more coming up and a full in March :)

I have my kettle bell at the office..I do 10 reps of lunberjacks and swings every hour

age: 33 (34 in 2 weeks) 5' 2 SW 214.6 CW 130.8 (have been as slow as 129.4..but had a half marathon this past Sunday) GW 127.0 Saturday before my half Sunday during- thats beast mode right there...haha.

if ir grows from the ground or has a mother....I eat clean 80% of the time....20% other goodies :)

I am 5'2....131 right now...my dr says I need to be 127. I run 25 miles a week...and have been bingeing every weekend..so upped my cals from 1200 to 1353 (my BMR according to calculators other than mfp). Hoping I can get this last 4lbs off and switch to maintenance. Add me if you want. Also..hows your diary look? I eat…

I am at 133...goal is 127-129. I eat 1200 cals a day...and maybe half my cals from running. My BMR is 1336. Maintenance cals for me at 127lbs is 1614.

I ran my first in March. I had some beer and stew at the finish line..then went to a burger place for dinner..had a turkey burger on wheat bun and sweet potato fries. I resumed my normal training and ran 3 days after my half. My 2nd half is next Sunday (10 days) I tend to do carb load and use that as my pig out day the day…
