I use GU...but I dont use anything if its under an hour. Im addicted to the PB ones! On my last half...I did a gell..a clif bar and about 20 pretzel m & ms. I ran really well :)

I am 5' 2...my goal is 127.6....I am a runner. I hit 129.8 this morning.

I called it a spike day..not eating back exer cals. I doubled my 1200 intake. But only netted 1200 with the run I did earlier.

I am going to say this...I was stuck last week at 133.2 from last Wed to Sunday...today..the scale reads 129.8. I normally eat 1200-1250 cals a day I run 25 miles a week. I am 5'2. lunch hour...after work before picking kids up at sitter...after dinner when hubby can watch kids...track at the school where kids can play on playground. Lots of choices.

less food..means less to come out. Eat lots of fiber and get in lots of water. Miralax may help too..its not a laxative..just a softener. I take it a few times a week :)

shin splints....wrong shoes for your gait...a few things. Use ice and do more intervals. Also..tiger balm...you can thank me later :)

I dont think a 224lbs person should eat 2260 cals a day to lose when they are only 5' 4.....More like TDEE minus 20% and minus a few hundred more at the beginning...my opinion only after reading and learning lots.

Im 5'2...132lbs..Ive been struggling to get to 129 for WEEKS! But Im working on it! I run 20-25 miles a week(3-4 days)..and strength train 2 days a week. I eat 1200 cals plus half exercise cals. upping calories scares me before hitting maintenance.

we have a rule in our house...a fruit or veggie with every meal. Sure..they can have chips and cookies in moderation..just like me. Biggest issue...juices. Lots of sugar. We take it one day at a time..like I do :) My 12 yr old is 4 inches shorter than me at 58"...has gym every day in middle school for 45 minutes and rides…

Im down from 214.6 to 133.2...been doing 1200 cals and eating back half burned...with my HRM. Now...I am 5-6 lbs from goal (my dr and I agree on 127ish)..and Im stalling..not plateauting...as the last 6 days have been 133.2..133.8..133.4...133.6. Id like your thoughts.

Im 5'2"...133.2lbs..BMR is 1370. I have been eating 1200-1300 cals and only eating half exercise cals back on my running days 3 days a week. I am upping my cals by 50 a week to get to 1370..and not eat cals back. Im stuck at 133 for a week..wanting to get to 127.

I eat and apple, a banana and a cup of strawberries every day. I think the idea is ...whole clean foods...fruits/veggies..are or should be...staples to this lifestyle change. Better than eating that candy bar per se :) However...if you want the candy bar..eat it if it fits...lol

1230ish....only eat like half my exercise cals..when a long run burn of over 400 calories. went from 214.6 to 134.0....goal is 129.6.
