more from a friends prospect....my heavier friends dont want to hang out....they always have excuses. Or my friends that dont run...we have nothing in common. So..I just go for runs...take the kids places...do family things. Maybe they will come around. sigh.

Doesnt sound like you were following a plan. You would never run a 10 miler..then an 11 miler within days. Should have been 1 long run once a week...from 6 to 8 to 10 to 12...with intervals of 5, 7, 9 in between on the other weeks. You are supposed to now be in taper..... Rest!

carbs are not the devil. Weight is lost on a calorie deficit. Bottom line. Yes..eating clean is healthier...but I eat and apple and a banana EVERY day. GOOD carbs :) Eat 500 cals less a day than your TDEE...brilliant.

MFP isnt a "one for all"....its an estimate. And MFP doesnt account for cals burned. So..if you burn 500 cals for that half hr exercise...you can eat 1850 (1350 given by MFP and 500 burned). Its a close balance. The numbers work.

Your BMR is 1693...multiplied by 1.55 (3-5 days exercise) and your TDEE is 2624. Eat 500 less than TDEE a day to lose lb a week. So...You can eat 2100 a day roughly. I used this: http://www.bmi-calculator.net/bmr-calculator/harris-benedict-equation/ Its been reliable for me and my 80.5 lbs lost :)

really? wow...and the shoes I have now..(Asics Gel Kayano only shoe I wear) tend to slip a little at first. They never feel tight..never hurt. Alot of runners have black toenails...no?

ah yes..Ive had black toenails since I started long runs of 8 miles...its a beautiful thing...a thing to be proud of ..kinda like those mommy stretch marks..you earned them :)

My first half was 2:33:14. I had a goal of 2:40. With your 9 in 1:51:00....You should be able to complete in 2:50 or less...but remember...your first goal is to finish and run thru that finish line. You have to net close to 1200 a day. I net about 1150-1200 every single day. You body: brain...muscles..have to work! Youre harming yourself if your net isnt at that goal.

I take miralax several times a week..but its NOT a laxative. Its a softener. This friend has a problem. Be a friend and help her now.

your body has no idea what time it is. Eat whenever you want. LISTEN to YOUR body! I eat every night after 9pm. My diary is open. I am 5' 2..weigh 135.8...6lbs from my UGW. I eat about 1150-1200 cals a day..more on a long run.

I use my kettlebell 2 days a week for strength on non run days. I do 20 reps of each exercise (lumberjacks, leg swings, torso crunches, lifts) 8 times a day while at the office :)

I add and subtract the numbers on license plates when Im following someone. My dirty clothes get folded in the hamper. Shoelaces have to be tucked inside the shoe.
