yep..youre not eating enough. Now..you dont have to eat exercise cals..but you should net 1200. And add some strength and double your water.

Ive been dealing with a stall for the last week. I have slowly incorporated different foods into my diet...but not more food. So..we shall see if this helps.

I weighed 30lbs more than him for 13 yrs. I now weigh 41lbs less than him :)

actually..you can eat 1200 calories of cake and ice cream..and lose. A calorie is a calorie. But youre going to feel better and your body will like you better if you eat that 1200 in better choices :) And..you may be at your goal...give your body a break :)

this is also when I only run for 3 miles..I dont feel like I have to eat my exercise cals back.

good stuff. When I run 5mph...96 net cals per mile. When I do run/walk intervals..I would net burn about 70 net cals. Seems pretty spot on.

I sit at a desk M-F 9-5. On my feet with 2 kids from 6-9pm. Run 3 times a week for an hour. 1200-10%- 1080. Im above that daily.

Being female...and only 5'2...I cant eat 1800 calories and still lose. Im a work in progress..and a learning experiment.

had this discussion with my dr today. I am 16lbs from goal. She said to drop my cals to 1100 for 3 -5 days then back to the 1200. Now..I know this is going to catch grief....but she said to do the opposite that everyone always says (upping). Im going to try it a few days this week...but not consecutive.
