I thought it was a good season open. I would choose Bob as well. I was kinda stupified that the one chick was only starting at a weight of 219. I guess I always thought most weighed higher to get on the show.

I started at 214.6...at 159.4 now. 19 lbs to goal. My tummy does not look flat like yours! HELP! lol

Thats amazing. And its true...Im the same way. I still see the 55lb larger me. The tag says 8 and 10..but I see me wearing a 16/18 still. The brain takes a while to catch up...I was overweight for 20 yrs.

I weigh myself every morning. shrugs. Keeps me accountable..but I only log my weigh ins 3 days a week here.

I drink 8 to 10 glasses of water a day. No...period isnt due until the 17th. I think its the START to the actual plateau..and Im not willing to let it get to THAT point :)

no..I havent given my body a break in a few months. So..right now..according to mfp BMR..I am at 1392. I have been at 1200 cals..and usually get to about 1160 for the day. So...I should up it a 100cals for a week? What GOOD foods can give me the extra 100??

I run 2 or 3 days a week...one or 2 days strength training..but I never push myself hard on strength. Im also doing intervals when running. Theres got to be a break soon!

Im ok with upping my cals 10%....just need to find the RIGHT BEST foods to do it with! Not just empty cals..ya know? sigh....

my MIO petite watch HRM estimates too low I think. I think the chest strap ones are the most accurate. I just use mine on runs...and apparently during a run...you should burn 80-100 calories per mile.

you cant judge based on that too. That kid might not have had lunch money at school and didnt eat at all until his dinner. I just hate judgemental people..period. We dont know what goes on inside those kids 4 walls. Thats all Im saying. Harsh comments...get harsh comments back.
