I have got about 60lbs or so to lose.

When i want something sweet i eat a fiber one chewy bar. They have the oats and chocolate, which is about 140 calories or the just chocolate one that is only 100. REally cuts my cravings w/o blowing my calories and it's actually relatively healthy for me.

You should definitely have some egg drop soup to cut your hunger before you eat. It's tasty and can fill you partially up so you don't eat as much. It also has minimal calories. Good Luck!!

How many calories do you eat a day??

I was really scared to up my calories just like you, but after my first gain in the 2 months i've been on here i decided to take the leap. So far it was the best thing i ever did. I upped my calories to 1600 and don't eat my exercise calories back. With this i have seen pretty good results already. Think it would help you if you upped your calorie intake too.

I was doing 1200 a day for 2 months and lost about the same amount as you. Just this week i upped my calorie intake to 1600 and am seeing amazing results. Maybe you should just put your settings at 1 lb a week instead and eat a few more calories a day.
