I weigh in on Fridays and usually i lose something even if it is just a pound. My problem is i have gotten into a bad habit of weighing in about every day or every other just to check in. WEll if i weigh in on Friday at say 174 then I spend most of the week trying to get back down to that number before my next weigh in.…
So i've been doing 30 ds for about 5 days now. I like it and it's a workout, but i haven't seen any weight come off. I know most ppl will say it's probably muscle and not to worry. Anybody got any good turkey recipes? I just had my first turkey burger and it was really good! My family is big on hamburger so i think switching turkey sometimes would be good for us.
