does anybody else experience this on the scale??

I weigh in on Fridays and usually i lose something even if it is just a pound. My problem is i have gotten into a bad habit of weighing in about every day or every other just to check in. WEll if i weigh in on Friday at say 174 then I spend most of the week trying to get back down to that number before my next weigh in. THen miraculously i do lose something. IT's just so frustrating!! I know its probably water weight or something, but its driving me nuts. I feel like i'm always chasing my previous weigh-in on the scale. Does anyone else have this problem or feel this way???????

Happens to me all the time. A new lower number will show up, and then I usually dont see it again for a week. It's not just you. I think our scales are conspiring against us!0
