I feel your pain. I work at Pizza Hut and when i work during the day we have a buffet to top it off. It has been really hard, but at least there is a salad bar when i forget to bring something from home. I try not to forget though and bring greek yogurt, fruit, or granola bars and such from home. I would say eat more fruit and veggies as snacks. I mean nuts are great, but get a lil variety in there. although the blue diamond almonds in different flavors are awesome. you should try them sometime. GOOD LUCK!!

I know it's a tough workout when i'm in the middle of it, but i'm worried cuz i haven't felt really sore since after my workout on day 2. Tomorrow is day 5/level 1. Does anyone else think that's weird?? Oh, and i also gained like half a pound so since i started so i'm hoping that's muscle too lol.

I just finished day 3/ level 1 this morning. I did take measurements the day i started and i am not going to measure again until aug. 30th. plan on doing 10 days i a row w/ 1 rest day b/n levels. hope i get as good of results as you!

Did all of my 4 big miles dvd again today. So this week i've done just the 4 so far. Going to do it again tomorrow and some pilates.

The only thing i'm not big on is onions. I know you can sub turkey in most of your hamburger recipes, but my dad is really picky and when i do that regularily he complains. I've already did 16 miles so far this month. I did my 4 big miles dvd 4 times this week. I also worked out on MOnday. So excited I got to work out 5 times this week. Gave myself a break Friday and Saturday. My mom has even got 9 miles racked up and she just now today was able to do the whole 4 miles. I'm so proud of her!!…

I've done 12 miles since Monday, but only using the last 8 in my 60 mile count. Still pretty good. I may take tomorrow off and do pilates and yoga instead. Legs are a lil sore LOL. Personally, I log the dvd as walking 4mph. If i do my whole 4 big miles dvd it gives me about 340 calories burned. Does anyone else do this…

I bought Leslie's 4 Big miles dvd last week. my mom and i are trying to do it several times a week together. My goal for Jan. will be 60 miles and I will start counting from today! When do you have to be signed up by. I would like to try a 5K, but my running endurance isn't very high yet. I'm hoping that will change in the next 3 months. I've always wanted to do a 5K.

I'm in!! I sprained my ankle a few weeks ago and fell off the wagon, but Monday i crawled back on. Slow and steady until my ankle is 100%, but at least its something. I'll report start weight on 1/2/12 because my weigh-in's will be on Monday. That way i remind myself to be good all weekend ;) Good Luck!!
