I LURVE my Contigo water bottles - and mine are pink, so no one else in the house will steal them (or take them by mistake)... but now I see they have a a PURPLE one.. oooOOOOoooo... You might add some small things to your walking for a little bigger burn... add ankle weights... or carry small dumbbells and do some arm exercises at the same time - bicep curls or shoulder-shrugs... I'm just tossing this in - be sure to have your blood pressure checked. If you have high blood pressure and it's not controlled, that impacts your heart rate and calories burned - but it's not a SAFE way to burn calories! Best to get a quick check to be sure.

OOo that'll be fun! My feet went from a 5.5 -> 6 up to a 6.5 -> 7 between pregnancy and keeping all that weight around. Hope it doesn't go down TOO far... 5.5's are incredibly hard to find - especially in a "wide"!!

They're really designed to only calculate calories for steps (paces and stair/steps)... so if you're doing a strenuous workout that doesn't involve a stepping motion, the Fitbit won't "see" it.... I use both the Fitbit (to get credit for my walking/stairs activities) and then use an HRM during workouts for the workout…
