I too make a batch of steel cut oats for the week but my favorite on-the-go is Morning Star veggie pattie (tastes like a sausage patty) at 80 cal, Eggo multi-grain waffle topped with frozen bluberries that I heat up at 70 cal for the waffle and 20 cal for the berries.

I don't own any weights yet. I can go purchase them, but was wondering if there was an alternative or if I truly needed to. It sounds like I need to purchase some weights if I want to get the most out of it.

I wouldn't have thought of adding cheese, but that does sound good. I also hadn't thought of adding PB2, which is crazy because I love PB2. Thank you everyone for these great ideas

I add honey, milk and butter. I need to get away from the butter and milk and hoping for a recipe that can help me with that part. I've added bluberries but really didn't like it without milk, I should have tried almond milk. I like your idea

Kind Fruit bars and LaraBars are a healthier alternative, if that interestes you. Bars are great when you are on the go, I add fresh fruit or veggies when I have them as a meal replacement.

saw a recipe on here for low-cal pancakes using just 2 eggs and 1 ripe banana (mashed). Thats it, only those 2 ingredients and you make them like regular pancakes. I haven't tried it yet but I'm going to.

I try to eat a large breakfast, thats where I spend most of my calories. Fresh veggies and fresh fruit is a great way to get more food intake and low calorie intake. Hope those tips help.

I went through a similar situation, ate less than a 1,000 calories a day, did my yoga and was still gaining weight. I finally went to a wellness center to see a doctor about my hormones. I am on progesterone cream and adrenal supplements and FINALLY am losing the weight.

If you have a Boston Market near you, that is the healthiest fast food I have found. Although if you try to eat lower in sodium then that place won't be a good idea either.
