52 Lbs makes a difference on any frame!! Crongrats to you girlie that is fabulous. You clearly have done great if you have already lost this much, way to go and good luck on the rest. Hold your head up high and flaunt it!

I put them in my steel cut oats, greek yogurt, cottage cheese, we have baked them in bread. I love them!! I even have my kids hooked on them.
