I have a girlfriend back home doing this and loves the 24 day challenge. But looking at do you ever really eat real food or is just a bunch of shakes and supplaments? I don't want to falsely loose weight with pills then once your off it gain it all back? Has anyone done this or knows anything on it?
So like the rest of you I'm new on here. My family is recently going through a stressfull move and it seems to be never ending. All this anxiety has got me mega stress eating. Any advice on food choices would be appriciated. Having a hard time getting in the hang of all this. Just want it to work out this time. Thanks
