That is fantastic. What a great acheivement. I think that maintenence is almost as hard as losing it all. But I really think that MFP will help when I get to that point. Keep it up!!!

Jen, I was wondering the same thing. The women at my gym seem to notice but my family wasn't saying anything. My sister was here for the weekend and has not seen me for awhile. If I am not doing as well on the weekend I try to do some additional exercise. Walk my dogs, go for a bike ride, swim. Anything to add a few 100 to my net calories to help out.
