Bravo! You are amazing!

I don't count condiments. Except mayo.

At a work party, someone made antipasto kabobs. On a toothpick, you put one grape tomato, one leaf of basil, and one small fresh mozzarella ball. They were DELICIOUS! I don't know the exact calorie content, but it couldn't be much. And they must be super easy to make.

I found Thomas' bagel thins. It completely satisfies my bagel cravings, but for only 110 calories!

Unfortunately, I have no suggestions, but I want to commend you. I have made this my mini weekly goal (an idea I got from a friend) many times, but getting the gumption to DO it, that's another story. I work on the 3rd floor, so three flights there, plus two more from the subbasement. Blah. Good for you for sticking to it!

This is truly a great accomplishment! I admire you! I too, am in love with soda. I have tried many times to quit, to no avail. I have greatly reduced my consumption of this delicious concoction, but have not conquered my addiction. I honestly just don't want to stop drinking soda - that's all there is to it! Anyway, great…

Swimming may be a good option for you, as it eases the load-bearing on your joints and bones. Lots of places do water aerobics too. Swimming is an AWESOME workout, and I find it kind of indulgent in the dead of winter in Maine =)

I can't remember where I got this idea, but 6 oz nonfat light vanilla yogurt and 1/2 cup pureed pumpkin mixed is delicious - definitely not ice cream, but kind of like pumpkin pudding. And high in fiber, plus a serving of dairy. And filling.

You can totally do this! I also just started, I'm on week 2. Someone suggested to me downloading podcasts to run to, and this has really helped me. Check it on: http://www.c25k.com/ there are iphone apps and everything.

Congratulations! I just started the couch to 5k, and am looking forward to running my first 5k in the spring!

Kelynn - check out local colleges and/or high schools in your area, I found 3 indoor running tracks near where I live. They all charge a nominal fee for use. I am going to make some calls this week, and once I try it, I'll post my findings/thoughts etc. =)

Couch to 5K, a running program for beginners. If you google it, you can read all about it. It's interval running to work your way up to running a 5K.

Thank you MercuryBlue for giving me that website, it seems super helpful! I'm always up for a new weight loss/fitness tool! I'm excited to try pilates!

And BTW, I love your quote. I may even borrow it!
