I still drink but I toned it down to only a couple times a month. Once a week at most maybe. And on those days I won't eat as much.

That's one of the reason this country is obese. But I just try to remember how bad it is for me, is all. I still eat bad stuff every now and then :( But I'm trying to clean up my diet and make sure I just don't want the bad stuff anymore.

I never get popcorn or anything for that matter at movies because the prices are outrageous. The calories just make me all the more adamant at not eating the stuff.. lol But I do love popcorn, so I eat the 100 calorie bags from the store. Maybe pop some before you go to the movies and then put in in a baggie on you…

I don't get very excited about eating after my fast either (17 hrs). I just eat maybe a 400 calorie meal and I may feel a little full but it goes away quickly. Maybe start off with a smaller meal first? Like a snack.

My fiance and I spend maybe $200-$300 a month for food. Fresh fruit and veg, frozen veg, morningstar veggie burgers, he buy chicken, beef etc. We freeze a lot of stuff, and look for buy one get one deals a lot.

When I was 170 I noticed my stomach was beginning to look like this fat girls I knew. She was over 200 lbs. Said no way and been losing weight since. I started using this site when I got stuck in the 150's.

I made cabbage rolls the other day, with lentils and brown rice filling. I boiled the lentils and rice together and added two tbsp of low sodium soy sauce and 4 tsp cumin powder and they were frikkin DELICIOUS D:

.. I think you should be looking into Intermittent Fasting. And if that sounds like it doesn't really suit you, I wouldn't worry about it. Eat when ever you want to, it doesn't really matter what time of day it is. (forreal, it doesn't.) If you binge you're obviously letting yourself get too hungry :/ So maybe eat an hour…

6 inch veggie on flat bread, no cheese, with banana peppers, black olives, lettuce, tomatoes, onions, pepper, and vinegar.

I try to fluctuate my calories. Usually ranges from 900-1500 through out the week. I exersise 3-4x a week, and am on my feet all day at my job, that also involves lifting heavy crap and moving things a lot. CW: 145 lbs GW: 110-115 lbs

Sometimes you plateau. Try switching things up a little. Make your work outs a little different and up your calories by a couple hundred for like a week.

Try buying frozen veggies and fruits, oats, whole grain pasta, things like that. Healthy foods go on sale just like other foods do, just gotta look through the papers. Also, Publix has a lot of Buy One Get One sales, and Aldi is super cheap if you have one in the area :)

I make a strawberry spinach salad with honey roasted almonds and poppy seeds. The dressing is a mix of balsamic vinegar and Worcestershire sauce among bits of other things, along with olive oil.
